Menu

A Journey through the authentic flavors of the Amalfi Coast

During our cooking class, we’ll guide you through the creation of dishes that tell the story of this area, using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients. Each course is designed to offer a unique experience that combines tradition, culture, and taste.

Appetizers

Assorted bruschetta: Artisan bread toasted and topped with seasonal ingredients.

Wild herb tempura: Transform freshly picked herbs from our walk into a crispy and flavorful appetizer.

Cheese tasting from the Monti Lattari: A selection of cheeses made from milk sourced in the mountainous areas of the Amalfi Coast.

Main Course

Handmade pasta with wild herb pesto: Learn the art of making fresh pasta and an authentic pesto using wild herbs and traditional techniques.

Dessert

Sweet cassatella: A sweet ravioli filled with ricotta, lemon zest, and a hint of sugar. Served with local lemon marmalade and artisan honey.

The dishes will be paired with two wines and a local digestive.

Gluten-free and lactose-free options are available for the tasting but not for the cooking activities.

The menu includes some ingredients of animal origin. Upon request, vegetarian and vegan needs can be accommodated.
